=== 2. HOOK 0-30 GIÂY (English, lời thoại viết sẵn) ===
"I've tried like 6 different 1-minute scalping strategies and always get stopped out or overtrade."
Six strategies. One comment. Twenty-one likes, sixteen replies — because everybody in that thread has done the exact same thing.
Here's the part nobody tells you. It's not that the six strategies were bad. It's that you never gave any one of them enough trades to know.
I pulled the pain-point comments from gold trading videos. Eight hundred twenty-four of them were people saying the same sentence in different words: "I keep changing things before I know if they work."
One guy: "Since joining a trading channel, I've already lost sixty-two thousand dollars." Another: "six months, still experiencing losses."
This video is the three steps that stop the swapping — and the one number you should write down before you ever judge a strategy again.
(~120 từ ≈ 35 giây; cắt "Six strategies. One comment." nếu cần đúng 30s. Hook ≤12 từ nếu tách Short: "You never gave your strategy enough trades to work.")

=== 4. SCRIPT ĐẦY ĐỦ — LỜI THOẠI 8 PHẦN ===
PHẦN 1 (00:00-01:15):
"I've tried like 6 different 1-minute scalping strategies and always get stopped out or overtrade." Six strategies. One comment. Twenty-one likes, sixteen replies — because everybody in that thread has done the exact same thing.
Here's the part nobody tells you. It's not that the six strategies were bad. It's that you never gave any one of them enough trades to know.
I pulled the pain-point comments from gold trading videos — fifteen hundred and forty-three of them. Eight hundred twenty-four were one category: education gap. Not "I don't know what a candle is." Education gap means: you learned things, and the things you learned never got you a result.
One comment, one hundred ten likes: "I've watched numerous tutorials, but I'm still struggling to grasp the concepts. Those charts just confuse me. Since joining a trading channel, I've already lost sixty-two thousand dollars."
Another one: "I've been trading independently for the past six months but have been experiencing losses."
Neither of those people was lazy. They were busy. The whole video is about what they were busy doing wrong.
PHẦN 2 (01:15-02:25):
Reason one. You judge a strategy before you've collected enough trades to judge it.
Look at what six strategies actually means. You try one for two weeks. Maybe twenty trades. It stops working — or it feels like it stops working — so you move on. Twenty trades. Second strategy. Twenty trades. By the time you hit strategy number six, you've placed a hundred and twenty trades across six different rulesets. Six samples of twenty.
And here's the thing about twenty trades: with any strategy that wins about half the time, twenty trades tells you almost nothing. You can run twenty trades and be up. You can run twenty trades and be down. Same setup, both outcomes, pure noise. You didn't test the strategy. You tested luck with extra steps.
The most-liked comment in the whole dataset — sixteen hundred sixty-nine likes — said it in one line: "There is no holy grail. You need patience, to understand how price action works five percent of the time."
"Five percent of the time." That comment isn't about strategy. It's about patience — and patience has a number. That number is what we're building next.
PHẦN 3 (02:25-03:30):
Reason two. Six of those strategies were one-minute strategies — and gold on the one-minute chart is mostly noise with a spread attached.
A commenter on a gold scalping video put the math better than I can: "You cannot use the first 15 minutes to determine anything because there's a lot more at play than just whether the price moves above or below the first 15 minute candle. That's why the example used is one of a reversal that could be seen a mile away and not one of the ninety-five out of a hundred times that this wouldn't work."
That's the recorded-chart problem. The example you studied was the one in a hundred that worked. You then run the other ninety-nine in real time — with spread, with slippage, with the three seconds between "I see it" and "I clicked."
And another commenter, two hundred fourteen likes: "I wait for the candlestick to touch back my OB and guess what — BOMB, it falls fifty pips in less than a minute, hits my stop."
Faster timeframe doesn't mean more trades. It means more noise per trade. Step one fixes the timeframe question.
PHẦN 4 (03:30-05:00):
Step one. Collapse to one setup and write its trigger in one sentence.
One setup. Not "a strategy" — a setup: a specific chart condition that either happens or doesn't. And the test of whether it's really one setup is simple. You should be able to say it in one sentence, out loud, with no indicators in it.
Here's mine as an example: "Price is trending up on the daily, pulls back into a level it reacted at before, and prints a rejection candle back in the direction of the trend."
That's it. No "when RSI is below thirty and the EMA crosses and volume confirms and Mars is in retrograde." Every extra condition you add doesn't make the setup smarter — it makes it rarer, and you end up with ten trades and no opinion.
Second part of step one: fix the timeframe. The chart on the right — the higher timeframe — is the one that decides trend and levels. The lower timeframe, if you use one at all, is only for timing. If you can't tell me what the trend is on the higher chart before you look at the lower one, you're not trading a setup. You're reacting.
Write the sentence down. Put it on a sticky note next to your monitor. If the chart doesn't match the sentence, there is no trade today. Sitting out is free.
One setup, one sentence, one timeframe decision. That's step one. Step two is where the sentence gets tested.
PHẦN 5 (05:00-06:15):
Step two. Run the sentence fifty times before you let it touch real money.
Fifty. On demo. Same sentence, same timeframe, same rules. Every time the setup appears, you take it — even the ones you don't feel like taking. Every time it doesn't appear, you don't take anything — even the ones you really want to.
And you journal every single one. Five columns. Date. Setup name — always the same name. Did the trigger match, yes or no, no maybes. Result. Screenshot number. That's it. You're not writing essays. You're building a sample.
Here's the important part: you are not measuring money. You are measuring two things. One — how often the setup actually shows up. If it showed up three times in fifty sessions, you don't have a setup, you have a wish. Two — can you describe the trigger without looking at the chart. If you need the chart open to explain what you did, the trigger wasn't written clearly enough.
A hundred twenty trades spread across six strategies told you nothing. Fifty trades on one sentence tells you something. Not everything. Something. And something beats nothing, which is what you have right now.
Fifty demo trades is a weekend of work. Not a career. Step three is what to do with the fifty.
PHẦN 6 (06:15-07:30):
Step three. The keep-or-swap rule — and the risk number that makes the rule survivable.
After fifty trades, you ask two questions. First: did the trigger actually happen the way I wrote it? If the answer is no most of the time, don't change the strategy yet — fix the sentence. Most "failed strategies" are sentences that were never really sentences.
Second: across those fifty trades, was I following the same rule every time? If you find yourself inventing a reason to skip trades that looked bad, or a reason to take trades that weren't there — the strategy isn't broken. The process is. Changing the setup won't fix that. Only the journal will.
If both answers are yes and the sample still doesn't work — fine. Now you change something. But one thing. Not the setup, the timeframe, the session and the risk all at once. One variable. Then run fifty again.
And here's the number that lets you survive fifty more trades. Risk per trade: a fixed percent of the account, decided in writing, before you open the chart. The same number every trade. I'm not going to tell you what that number should be — that's your decision, your account, your risk tolerance. What I will say: the people who lose sixty-two thousand dollars, like the comment we saw earlier — they didn't lose it on fifty bad trades. They lost it on the two trades that were too big.
Fifty trades is a sample. A fixed risk number is what makes the sample survivable. Here's the whole thing on one screen.
PHẦN 7 (07:30-08:40):
Six lines. This is the part you screenshot.
One. One setup, written in one sentence, no indicators in the sentence.
Two. One timeframe decision: higher chart decides trend and levels, lower chart only times.
Three. Fifty demo trades on that one sentence before real money.
Four. Journal five columns: date, setup, trigger yes or no, result, screenshot number. Measuring how often, not how much.
Five. After fifty: fix the sentence first, fix the process second, change the strategy last — and only one variable at a time.
Six. Fixed risk per trade, written before the chart, same number every trade.
If you do nothing else from this video, do lines three and four. Fifty trades, journaled. That single habit is what separates the person who's tried six strategies from the person who knows one strategy.
Line six is what keeps you in the game long enough for line three to matter. And here's where to get the one-page version.
PHẦN 8 (08:40-09:40):
I keep the one-page version of that checklist — the six lines, plus the fifty-trade journal template, plus the sentence I use — as a document. Comment "SAMPLE" and I'll point you to it, and to the free Telegram group where we post the educational material. Not signals. Not calls. Not a paid room. Just the checklist and the template.
If this helped, subscribe — next video is the follow-up: how to actually write the one-sentence trigger, from zero, with three real examples of sentences that are too vague and how to fix them.
One last thing. Nothing in this video is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every chart you saw was an educational illustration, not a trade call — and I'll keep labeling them that way, because a recorded chart that looks like a winning trade isn't teaching you, it's selling you.
Not financial advice. Trading involves risk of losing capital. Test on demo. Decide your own risk. See you in the next one.
